Key Responsibilities

• You will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.

• You will maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

• You will diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.

• You will coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.

• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.

• If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB Preferred Qualifications 2 years' experience in value-based care or managing high-acuity geriatric patients.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $255K - $298.5K

• Signing bonus offered.
