Pharmacist Poison Center

Key Responsibilities

The pharmacist will provide clinical information and case management advice for telephone inquiries regarding poison and drug information. They are also responsible for documenting consultations, precepting students, and participating in outreach education efforts.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a PharmD degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy and possess or be able to obtain a pharmacist license in Iowa. Experience in hospital, critical care, or emergency room settings is preferred.
