Clinical Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities

Clinical pharmacists optimize medication therapy for patients by providing scientifically valid information and recommendations to patients and healthcare professionals regarding safe, appropriate, and cost-effective medication use. They manage all prescription orders processed by Fond du Lac Pharmacies and guide support staff to promote health, wellness, and disease prevention.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Doctor of Pharmacy degree or a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree with four years of experience, along with a current Minnesota Pharmacist License (MN RPh) or the ability to obtain one within six months of hire. Required abilities include effective oral and written communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with standard computer applications.
