Key Responsibilities

The Clinician will provide one-to-one, in-person services onsite at the correctional facility, focusing on brief treatment, symptom management, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention for justice-involved adults. Responsibilities also include conducting assessments, supporting competency restoration training, documenting client status, and collaborating with various staff members.

Requirements

Candidates must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to serve adults who are justice-involved and determined to be incompetent to stand trial. The role involves occasional work for coverage needs, with recently licensed clinicians starting at $50.00 per hour.
