What You’ll Do

As a Licensed Master Social Worker, Conditional Clinical (LMSW-CC), you will provide individual and/or group therapy to clients navigating a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

In This Role, You Will

• Provide thoughtful, client-centered therapy using evidence-based practices
• Partner with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals and values
• Support clients in building coping strategies, insight, and resilience
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and billing
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatric providers, to deliver integrated care when appropriate
• Advocate for clients and support them through complex or crisis situations
• Engage in team meetings, consultation, and continuous professional development

Requirements

• Who You Are
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active Maine Licensed Master Social Worker, Conditional Clinical (LMSW-CC) license
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage a range of mental health conditions
• Comfort working with diverse populations and presenting concerns
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for supporting others
• Looking for a group practice to call a long-term home

Work Environment & Schedule

This position is for someone seeking a full-time work schedule. The role requires working approximately 30 hours per week. Full-time clinicians should maintain a schedule of 22+ clients weekly. Clinicians may choose to maintain a larger caseload based on their preferences and client demand.

This is a hybrid remote (telehealth) role. The role may be performed fully in person from an office in Wallagrass, Maine, with the option to arrange a hybrid schedule combining in-person and telehealth services provided from a private, approved home workspace.

Competitive Compensation

This position offers fee-for-service compensation with strong earning potential. Clinicians who choose to maintain a caseload above the full-time expectation*

can increase their annual earnings based on their professional and financial goals.

• $40 per clinical hour for follow up therapy sessions, including associated documentation
• $50 per intake session, including associated documentation
• Compensation for no-shows
• Administrative rate of $20 per hour for required supervision, trainings, and meetings
• Paid Time Off (PTO): 3 weeks per year
• Floating Holidays: 1 week per year
• Retirement Benefits: 401(k) plan with up to a 4% company match after six months of employment

• 22 completed clinical hours per week: approximately $47,680
• 28 completed clinical hours per week: approximately $60,160
• 30 completed clinical hours per week: approximately $64,320
• 32 completed clinical hours per week: approximately $68,480
• 35 completed clinical hours per week: approximately $74,720

These estimates are based on compensation of $40 per clinical hour and an estimated two paid administrative hours per week for required supervision, trainings, and meetings for 48 weeks. Actual compensation will vary based on clinical hours, paid administrative hours, and time off.
