Key Responsibilities
- Maintains clinical records in compliance with all regulatory bodies and SJRH/BHS policies and procedures.
- Provides assessment, case management, intervention, orientation, treatment planning, individual/group treatment services and discharge planning for patients and their families.
- Collaborates with internal staff and external community resources for client treatment purposes and relationship building.
Requirements
- Must possess a minimum of one year of providing substance use disorder treatment service or two years experience as social worker or two years experience as a mental health counselor.
- HS diploma or GED required.
- Social workers are required to have a Masters Degree in Social Work from an accredited school.
- Licensed Social Worker preferred.
