This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.
About the Role
Join UVA Community Health as a Clinical Pharmacist – AM/PM Shifts, Every 3rd Weekend in United States. CLINICAL PHARMACIST NE JOB CODE: PH1120 This position is a full-time, 40 hours per week. The work schedule primarily alternates between AM and PM shifts, with occasional 3rd shift coverage, plus holidays and every 3rd weekend.

- Ability to drive/travel to multiple facilities/locations as needed.

Requirements
- Technical Competency: Provides optimal medication management and promotion of medication safety.
- Performs patient assessments.
- Participates in direct patient care activities and rounding opportunities where available.
- Monitors therapy for appropriateness, dosage, effectiveness, interactions, and adverse drug reactions.
