Hiring Range

$102,200.00 - $140,525.00/Annual Actual pay is determined based on job-related
factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal
equity, and business needs.

Leadership Incentive Plan: Ability to earn an annual bonus of up to 7.5% of

What You'll Do

Lead and Develop People

* Foster an environment of teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.
* Coach, mentor, and support nursing leaders and frontline caregivers.
* Set clear expectations while helping team members succeed and grow.
* Recruit, retain, and develop talented nursing professionals.
* Promote a culture of accountability, respect, and excellence.

Ensure Outstanding Resident Care

* Oversee nursing services to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.
* Collaborate with rehabilitation, social services, activities, dietary,
pharmacy, physicians, and other disciplines to meet resident needs.
* Ensure care plans are developed, implemented, and maintained to support
positive resident outcomes.
* Partner with physicians and clinical teams to continuously improve quality
and service.

Support Operational Excellence

* Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and organizational
policies.
* Maintain appropriate staffing and clinical competencies.
* Lead quality improvement initiatives and promote best practices.
* Champion resident and employee safety programs.
* Coordinate care across the continuum to support seamless resident
experiences.

Qualifications

Required

* Active Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) license
* Minimum of two years of Senior Living or Long-Term Care experience
* Minimum of two years of supervisory or leadership experience
* CPR/BLS Certification within 30 days of hire

Preferred

* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
* Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
* Progressive nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care,
or assisted living settings
