Job Description

  • Associate Veterinarian – Private Practice
  • Natrona County, Wyoming
  • Privately Owned | Small Animal | General Practice & Urgent Care

What if you genuinely looked forward to going to work every day—not just because you love veterinary medicine, but because you love the people you work with?

We're a privately owned small animal veterinary practice in Natrona County, Wyoming, looking for an Associate Veterinarian who wants to be part of something more than just another veterinary hospital.

Our vision is to create a practice where people feel valued, their voices are heard, and their opinions truly matter. A place where every member of the team, regardless of their role, knows they make a difference. Where collaboration comes naturally, people support one another, and coming to work is something you actually look forward to.

We believe exceptional veterinary medicine and a genuinely great workplace culture should go hand in hand. Our goal is to build an environment where doctors have the freedom to practice quality medicine, continue growing professionally, and enjoy the people they spend their days with.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced veterinarian who enjoys a variety of cases and is comfortable practicing independently. Our practice is exclusively small animal, caring for dogs and cats, with a combination of general practice and urgent care.

The caseload includes wellness and preventive care, internal medicine, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care, providing opportunities to practice a broad range of companion animal medicine.

Our hospital is equipped with in-house laboratory diagnostics, digital radiography, and ultrasound to support quality patient care.

What Makes This Practice Different

We want to build the kind of culture people don't want to leave.

That means creating an environment where communication is open, ideas are welcomed, and everyone has a voice. Where team members respect one another, celebrate successes together, and recognize that every person contributes to the practice's success.

We want our veterinarians to feel supported in their clinical decisions, encouraged to pursue their interests, and empowered to help shape the future of the hospital.

Most importantly, we want this to be a place where people enjoy what they do, enjoy who they work with, and feel good about the difference they're making.

What We Offer

  • Privately owned, independent veterinary practice
  • 100% small animal medicine – canine and feline
  • Mix of general practice and urgent care
  • Surgery, dentistry, and internal medicine
  • In-house laboratory diagnostics
  • Digital radiography and ultrasound
  • No Saturday or Sunday hours
  • Opportunities for continued learning and professional development
  • Clinical autonomy and the opportunity to help shape the practice's future
  • A commitment to building a positive, collaborative, and respectful workplace
  • Salary starting at $120,000
