The Occupational Therapist will provide assessments, treatment plan development, and direct intervention to young adults and families seeking OT support within the IHBTC service. This includes collaborating with treatment teams to set and meet therapy goals and providing consultation for functional goal attainment.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and hold or be obtaining Massachusetts licensure, along with experience serving youth with significant mental health needs. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required for community travel.
