Psychotherapist - LCSW, LMFT, LPCC

Key Responsibilities

The Psychotherapist is responsible for completing diagnostic evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing various forms of therapy while maintaining knowledge of psychiatric medications and identifying high-risk situations. Essential functions also include completing psychosocial assessments, processing progress notes, handling billing procedures, and coordinating care with other providers and community resources.

Licensure & Certifications

Candidates must be licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in North Dakota prior to the start date, with potential requirements for Minnesota licensure within 12 months. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is mandatory for effective communication.
