The Clinical Mental Health Professional performs psychosocial assessments, develops and implements care plans, assesses crises to provide resources or referrals, and provides family and individual treatment as needed. This role involves collaborating with patients, families, healthcare providers, and insurers to ensure care aligns with the established plan of care for the assigned patient population.
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution, along with current State Licensure as a CSW, LCSW, LMFT, or CMHC. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and basic computer proficiency are also required.
