• Medical and Surgical Units
• Intensive Care Unit
• Inpatient Rehab Facility – CARF certified 8 bed unit
• Emergency and Same Day Surgery
• A diverse patient population including individuals with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-acute needs

As a therapy professional, you will help patients achieve functional progress and improve quality of life within a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Job Type: on-call, Day shift

Wage Range: $41.65 - $64.65 DOE

Under general direction from the Rehabilitation Services Manager, the OT (Occupational Therapist) Clinician is responsible for planning and administering treatments for patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities through the therapeutic use of everyday activities. OT Clinicians help these patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working.

The OT Clinician will work collaboratively with a team that includes other clinicians across disciplines, nurses, and providers to create the best possible outcome for our patients. All employees are expected to be pleasant, respectful and courteous in all interactions with patients, families, staff, and visitors of the Institute, as well as being a positive representative of the hospital at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year Occupational Therapy experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
