BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CONSULTANT

Join FAMILY CARE HEALTH CENTERS as a BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CONSULTANT in St. Louis, Missouri. I. BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for providing same-day behavioral health diagnostic assessment and interventions for patients of FCHC.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Primary Care Providers (PCPs), BH Care Managers and other members of the team (RNs, Mas, CHWs) in the delivery of comprehensive and integrated behavioral health care services.

• Provides same-day behavioral health consultation for patients at FCHC, as requested by their PCP, including behavioral assessment, diagnostic evaluation, and brief intervention.

• Clinical Practice Skills i.

• Define problem accurately and use best practices to implement intervention rapidly ii.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work required.

• Active MO state license (LCSW) required.

• Minimum of two (2) years experience working in the field of social work or behavioral health care required.

• Work experience or strong desire to work in urban community health setting preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $65K - $90K
