The Peer Counselor will assist individuals in developing personalized recovery plans and provide mentorship within a residential mental health setting. They will also facilitate group and individual counseling sessions while ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all program participants.
Candidates must have lived experience with mental health services and be a graduate of a Peer Advocacy Training Program. A high school diploma or a combination of education and relevant experience totaling four years is required.
