Join Geisinger as a Child Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner – Outpatient in United States.

Key Responsibilities

PMHNP - Outpatient, C&A Assesses and establishes a presumptive diagnosis and implements treatment plans for their patient population.

Prescribes, adjusts or discontinues medications or therapies as appropriate.

Evaluates and reports to collaborating physician any circumstances or approaches to medical management or test results that present a significant risk to patient's health or well-being.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner and possess a valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license. Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) is required, along with Basic Life Support certification.
