Join Brown Medicine as a Residential Care Counselor – Evening Shift, No Weekends in Madison, Wisconsin, United States. Responsible for the care and safety of assigned children. As a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, assumes primary residential care counselor role.

Key Responsibilities
The Residential Care Counselor is responsible for the direct care, safety, and therapeutic support of assigned children within a residential treatment setting. They participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans, document observations, and intervene in disruptive situations to maintain a safe environment.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Baccalaureate degree in a Human Service field and have six months to one year of experience working with emotionally impaired youth. Current certifications in crisis management, CPR, and safety/OSHA are required.
