Requirements

• Master's Degree or foreign equivalent: Required Licenses/Certifications:

• Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice: Preferred

• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS

• BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required Facility Specific License/Certifications:
