TeamHealth is actively hiring emergency medicine-trained physicians for a rare, full-time leadership opportunity at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, South Carolina. This is one of the busiest and most respected emergency departments in the area. With Level II trauma designation, high acuity, specialty support, and a location in the suburbs of Charlotte, North Carolina, this site consistently attracts top EM physicians.

Emergency Department Snapshot

  • 52-bed ED within a 288-bed hospital
  • Level II Trauma Center
  • Approximately 42,500 annual visits
  • 40-50 hours/day of physician coverage (overlapping schedules)
  • 24 hours/day of APC coverage
  • 1.8 to 2.0 patients per hour
