About the Role

Requirements

• For Current and valid FNP license in the State of Arizona.

• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

• DEA license (or ability to obtain upon hire).

• Experience in outpatient or primary care settings preferred; behavioral health experience a plus.
