Key Responsibilities

• Perform more advanced assessments and assist in clinical service delivery.

• Mentor and support less experienced staff and students.

• Work independently under supervision with licenses such as LMSW or LCSW.

• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement, and community liaison activities.

Requirements

• Provide clinical supervision to LMSWs and staff, ensuring quality standards.

• Lead special projects, data collection, and program evaluation.

• Develop training curricula and interpret clinical data for reports.
