Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist provides and directs therapy services across various care settings, including evaluation, treatment planning, and execution of therapy plans. They also ensure accurate documentation and maintain communication with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and a current Minnesota Physical Therapist license. One to three years of prior experience in a rehabilitation setting is required, along with knowledge of state and federal regulations.
