Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing, planning, and administering medically prescribed physical therapy to restore patient function and prevent disability in a homecare setting. They also manage patient care plans, supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, and maintain clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and possess an active, unrestricted Texas state license. A valid driver's license, current CPR certification, and experience with EMR applications are also required.
