Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will assess patient needs and develop personalized rehabilitation programs to improve strength, mobility, and independence within the home setting. They will also coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams while supervising support staff and documenting patient progress.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license and a valid CPR certification. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance are also required for home visits.
