Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy and possess an active Oregon license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. Additionally, the role requires an AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification and the ability to work on-site in a clinical environment.
