Key Responsibilities
The Support Registered Dietitian will provide interim clinical coverage and nutritional assessments across various facilities while guiding patients and staff on medical nutrition therapy. They are responsible for documenting patient progress, managing physician orders, and maintaining clinical nutrition policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Candidates must be a Registered Dietitian with Commission of Dietetic Registration and hold the appropriate state licensure. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food and Nutrition or a related field is required, along with proficiency in computer software and knowledge of regulatory standards.
