- Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
- Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
- Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients.
- Treat residents one on one, not in a group type setting, so each patient gets individualized attention through private treatment sessions with a functional based treatment approach.

Position Requirements
Degree in Area of Discipline
- Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills
- Computer proficiency
Pay Range
USD $43.00 - USD $58.00 /Hr.
Key Responsibilities
Provide rehabilitative services to senior patients under medical orders and develop individualized treatment programs based on clinical findings. Coordinate care plans through clinical conferences and deliver one-on-one therapy sessions to improve patient quality of life.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a degree in physical therapy and possess a current physical therapy license in the state of practice. Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills, along with computer proficiency, are required for this role.
