Salary: $103K - $152K

Requirements

Candidates must possess an active Washington license as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW, along with a Master's Degree in a related Social Services field. A minimum of four years of leadership experience in behavioral health or healthcare administration is required, including at least two years focused on staff supervision, budgeting, and program development.
