Total Compensation: $85,000–$135,000
(Includes base salary, monthly bonuses*, quarterly bonuses*, and full benefits)

- Base Salary: $85,000–$115,000
- Quarterly Bonuses: Up to $20,000+ annually based on meaningful outcomes

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to compassionate care and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
