Job description
Join Capital Health (US) as a Emergency Mental Health Psychiatric Screener – Evening Shift in Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Assumes the duties of mobile outreach on-call when required.
- Documents all telephone triage information; clinical assistment data; changes in mental status; and all communications related to patient referrals, transfers, and admissions in the patient record.
