Key Responsibilities
The Physician Assistant will manage perioperative care for cardiac and thoracic surgery patients, including pre-, intra-, and post-operative support. Responsibilities also include surgical first assisting, patient rounding, and developing postoperative treatment plans.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least one year of cardiothoracic operating room experience and hold a valid Michigan Physician Assistant license. Certification by the NCCPA and current BLS/ACLS certifications are required.
