Requirements

Candidates must possess a Doctorate Degree in Medicine or Osteopathy and have successfully completed an accredited residency program in general psychiatry. Essential requirements include an active, unrestricted medical license in Kentucky, Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry, and current DEA and CPR/BLS certifications.
