Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and ability to provide Physical Therapy programming, evaluations, and treatments for adult and geriatric individuals. · ·

Collaborates with others involved in care to facilitate increased functional patient outcomes ·

Within 5 working days of receiving consult, evaluate and document treatment needs in EHR. ·

Within 3 days of evaluation, develop/implement Physical Therapy treatment plan. ·

Requirements

Maintains current CPR certification per facility training guidelines.

Maintains current Therapeutic Options certification per facility training guidelines.

Attends scheduled mandatory/pertinent in

services related to job duties. G. Attendance/Punctuality

Work Schedule

Full-time position.
