Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Specialist provides comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic services to children and families in their homes and communities. They are responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation, collaborating with treatment teams, and ensuring continuity of care through regular communication and aftercare planning.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field and possess a valid professional license or be eligible for provisional licensure in Kentucky. A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and intermediate computer proficiency are required to perform the role's travel and documentation duties.
