Key Responsibilities
The physical therapist will deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages and determine individual plans of care. They are responsible for observing, recording, and reporting patient responses to treatment and any changes in their condition.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current, active, and unrestricted Physical Therapy license issued by the state Board of Physical Therapy. Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program and reliable personal transportation are required.
