Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will carry a caseload of pediatric patients, conducting assessments and designing individualized treatment plans. They will also coach behavior technicians and empower caregivers to implement ABA-based interventions to drive meaningful behavior change.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification. Previous experience in creating individualized treatment plans and supervising technicians is required.
