Key Responsibilities

• Provides reasonable and prudent medical care to patients, inclusive of all functions necessary to provide high-quality care.

• Develop treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases.

• Educate and guide patients on disease prevention, disease management and healthy lifestyle habits.

• Provide monitoring and continuity of care between patient visits.

Requirements

• EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE.

• Degree from an accredited Medical School. Documented completion of Residency training from an accredited institution.

• Possession and active status of all licensing, certification, and other requirements as set forth by state, federal, professional, hospital, accrediting and health payer entities on an ongoing basis. This will include but is not limited to state medical license, payer credentialing and BLS/CPR.

• Local knowledge about and connections to community health care and social resources is desirable.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $200K - $210K

• Signing bonus offered.

• 20 days PTO.
