Job Description
In collaboration with care providers and physicians, responsible for problem solving, prioritizing and facilitating patient care objectives for the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Social Worker is responsible for problem-solving, prioritizing, and facilitating patient care objectives for their assigned area in collaboration with care providers and physicians. This role operates within a large, nonprofit regional healthcare network serving multiple counties.
Requirements
Required qualifications include eligibility for a California Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Bachelor's Degree, BLS certification from the American Heart Association, and one year of healthcare experience, with a Master of Social Work being preferred. Candidates must also obtain an LA City Fire Card within six months if working at PHGSH.
