Responsible for the planning and implementation of Speech-Language Pathology evaluation and treatment services for patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Maintains patient records, monitors progress, and participates in multidisciplinary consultations and performance improvement activities.
Requires a degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university and eligibility for the Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA. Proficiency in MS Office and Epic EMR software is required, along with excellent communication and assessment skills.
