Provide comprehensive medical nutrition therapy and develop individualized care plans for residents in senior living communities. Collaborate with food service management and clinical teams to improve resident outcomes and ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.
Must be a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a valid CDR number. Healthcare experience is preferred, though new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.
