Key Responsibilities

• will be essential in designing and implementing personalized rehabilitation programs that address each patient's unique needs, focusing on orthopedic and geriatric populations as well as sports-related injuries.

• will work closely with patients to restore movement, reduce pain, and prevent disability through evidence-based manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises.

• will be key to ensuring comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Successful completion of accredited physical therapy program and state licensure exam.

• Valid Physical Therapy license

• 1 year of home health experience preferred

• CPR certification

Work Schedule

• Per Diem position.
