Position Details

We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-person team.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Evaluate speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs.
  • Create and deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Partner with clients and families on goals, strategies, and progress.
  • Collaborate with the care team to provide coordinated support.
  • Maintain timely, accurate electronic documentation.
  • Follow applicable licensing, legal, and professional standards.
  • What You’ll Bring
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license or applicable temporary license.
  • Strong assessment, treatment, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
  • One year of speech-language pathology experience preferred.
  • Polish or Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
