- Responsible for evaluating, establishing and implementing the plan of care to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of a body part.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Licenses and Certification
- Illinois license in Occupational Therapy or eligible
- BLS

Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and possess an Illinois license or be eligible for one. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required for this role.
