Short Description
Review every medication order and dosage for completeness, safety and efficacy prior to dispensing to an individual patient including routine, stat and investigational orders. Maintain drug information, investigational, educational, cost containment and clinical programs. `

Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Doctorate degree. The role requires expertise in oncology pharmacy practices and clinical program management.
