Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include performing initial and ongoing patient assessments, creating personalized Plans of Care in collaboration with physicians, delivering therapeutic treatments, and coordinating effective discharge planning. The therapist must also manage assignments within their competence, supervise assistants, and ensure accurate documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a BS in Physical Therapy (or higher) from an APTA-approved program and hold an active Texas PT License along with a valid Texas Driver’s License. Home health experience is preferred, and applicants need reliable transportation and current auto liability insurance.
