The Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider evaluates and treats patients with behavioral health disorders and provides medication management services. They work within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, document services, and provide emergency psychiatric intervention when necessary.
Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited nursing program and possess an unrestricted APRN-PMH license. A valid DEA number and two years of clinical psychiatric experience are also required.
