The Lead Respiratory Therapist is responsible for directing and overseeing the daily activities of an assigned shift, ensuring safe and successful delivery of care through independent judgment. This role also involves serving as a clinical resource, facilitating onboarding, and promoting/executing Performance Improvement initiatives.
Candidates must possess an Associate's or preferred Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy, along with required NBRC credentials (ACCS, AE-C, NPS, or RPFT for new hires after 11/13/2022). A minimum of two years of clinical experience in critical care areas is required, along with current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and NBRC-RRT certifications.
