Key Responsibilities

• and Essential Functions: Leadership and Collaboration 1.

• Assures delivery of safe patient care by analyzing patients needs and skill competency level of personnel when making patient assignments b.

• Facilitates interdisciplinary communication and planning to ensure timely care delivery including discharge c.

• Communicates with direct leader any needs or concerns pertaining to patient care delivery or employee performance d.

Requirements

• C, NPS, RPFT (AE

• Preferred Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s): All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated. BLS

• Basic Life Support or ARC

• Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.
