The Respiratory Therapist will administer advanced respiratory therapies, including mechanical ventilation and cardiopulmonary diagnostic procedures. They are also responsible for documenting patient care, maintaining equipment, and participating in emergency resuscitation efforts.
Candidates must hold an active Connecticut Respiratory Care Practitioner license and a current CRT or RRT credential. A degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program and experience with mechanical ventilation are required.
