About the Role

Join Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI as a Mental Health Therapist – DBT Program, Sign-On Bonus in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provide in‑home and office‑based DBT therapy to adults in Milwaukee County

Conduct clinical assessments using interviews and diagnostic tools

Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans

Facilitate weekly DBT individual sessions, skills groups, and limited after‑hours phone coaching

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work (Mental Health concentration), Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field — required

Practicum experience related to services LSS provides

Prior experience with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

Experience providing psychotherapy to adults and/or families
