Job Description
Base Pay: 80% Full-Time Equivalent (FTE), which is $62,500, with additional performance pay available for total potential earnings up to $75,000.
Program Cost: The residency program is fully funded by Mountain Land Physical Therapy and is viewed as an investment in the future of the company and the physical therapy profession. There are no tuition costs for residents.

Program Duration: 12 months (August 2027 - July 2028)
The Company
Mountain Land Physical Therapy is a private practice leading the nation in advancing musculoskeletal care. Our Orthopedic Residency provides practicing clinicians with advanced orthopedic education and 1:1 clinical mentorship to develop highly skilled, evidence-based practitioners and future leaders in the profession.
As a resident, you will integrate the best available evidence into patient care, collaborate with experienced mentors, and prepare to sit for the Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) examination through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS).

Complete leadership, service-based, and research projects while attending monthly spine rounds, in-services, and conferences such as the Mountain Land Running or Pelvic Summit.

Requirements
- Current PT licensure or ability to obtain in timely manner.
- Ability to work in-person in Salt Lake City, Utah during residency.
Key Responsibilities
The resident will engage in advanced clinical practice by providing patient care for 32 hours per week under mentorship. Additionally, they will participate in didactic learning, research projects, and specialty experiences such as surgical observation and physician collaboration.
